Memberships
Memberships are our most cost-effective option with access to 30+ classes weekly, workshop discounts, and access to member-only events.

This is a monthly autopay contract with a minimum 3 month commitment. Your credit card will be automatically charged each month on the same date until you cancel with 5 days written advance notice to contact@risingsolyoga.com. Early termination fees apply. Memberships may be frozen a maximum of twice per calendar year for a maximum of sixty (60) days. Memberships may not be shared. The early cancellation window for all classes is 2 hours. If a class is not cancelled early and the student does not attend class, late cancellation fees will be applied. Annual and monthly memberships who do not attend their registered classes will incur a late cancel fee of $10. Clients with 8- and 4-class monthly memberships who do not cancel and do not attend their class will lose a single class. Eight (8) and Four (4) class monthly memberships must use designated class passes within their monthly period. Classes do not transfer or roll over.

Yoga is medicine and your future payments might be eligible for
reimbursement through HSA/FSA funds.
Rising Sol has partnered with Truemed to enable HSA/FSA reimbursement for our members and clients. This allows you to effectively save 30% on average on your payments for yoga.
How does it work?
1. Follow the "Apply Now" link and complete a survey that determines if yoga can help prevent or reverse a health condition, making it eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
2. If you qualify, Truemed will process and send you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for the small fee of $30.
3. Once you are approved, submit your future receipts and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
Truemed guarantees reimbursement once qualified.
Terms + Conditions
Please read our Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. These Terms are a contract between Rising Sol Yoga School (“RSYS”) and you. When you register for a membership; book a class, workshop, or retreat; or access our website, you agree to accept these Terms and to be legally bound by them. RSYS reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without providing advance notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.
1. Disclaimer & Liability Release. Yoga involves physical exertion which may be strenuous. It is your sole responsibility to consult with a physician before participating. As a condition of being permitted to engage in services offered by RSYS, you assume the risk and hazards involved, including physical injury. You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive and disclaim any claim you have or may have in the future against RSYS, its instructors, contractors, employees, and any other RSYS agents for: (i) loss, theft, or damage of any personal property from RSYS premises; and (ii) injuries or damages that you may sustain within the RSYS facility or as a result of participating in the classes, programs, workshops, and events administered by RSYS. You forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue RSYS for any injury or death caused by negligence or other acts that are not intended to harm you.
2. No Refunds. All class packages, annual unlimited, and single class purchases; retreat and teacher training deposits and balances, and workshop fees are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Membership Contract Period. All memberships begin with an initial three (3) month term. Cancelling during this initial term will incur a termination fee equal to half of the remaining contract term. After the initial term, memberships automatically renew until cancelled and may be cancelled with notification of five (5) days in advance of the next billing date by emailing contact@risingsolyoga.com.
4. Freezing Membership. You may freeze your membership account twice per calendar year for a maximum of sixty (60) days.
5. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel a class without penalty two (2) hours prior to class start time. You may cancel via our online scheduling system which is accessible through our branded app or logging in through our website. If you do not cancel prior to class or if you do not show up for class, then: (i) if you have a monthly class membership or class package, you will lose a class credit; (ii) if you have an annual or unlimited monthly membership, you will incur a $10 late cancel/no show fee, and (ii) if you are a drop-in client, then you will lose your single pass.
6. No Late Admittance. Rising Sol Yoga School does not allow late admittance once a class has begun.
7. Intellectual Property Rights. This website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. All content on this website is the property of RSYS and may not be distributed, adapted, or used to create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSYS and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claim made by a third party connected with or arising out of your use of our services.
9. Governing Law. These Terms and any claims arising out of or connected to our services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
10. Entire Agreement. These Terms and any linked notices, policies, or guidelines contained on this website constitute the entire agreement between you and RSYS. The Terms supersede any prior understandings, agreements, and representations between the parties regarding their subject matter.
